I am a parent, a performer, a teacher, and a pet lover. I love the theatre and find joy in nature. When I am not working I love spending time with family and friends, hiking the local trails, kayaking on the lake, and spending time cuddled up with a good book. I have a forever puppy who constantly reminds me of the joy we can find in the present moment.

  • Yes, I offer ICBC post accident counselling in person in Port Moody and virtually serving Vancouver, The Fraser Valley and the entire province of British Columbia.

  • Yes. I am a certified CVAP direct billing provider and a SAJE program direct billing provider offering specialized community support near me. I work closely with aged out youth, SAJE navigators, SAJE guides, and AYS programs across the Tri-Cities and Greater Vancouver area.

  • Yes. I worked with the Looking Glass Foundation for over three years and I offer specialized eating disorder counselling for individuals looking for local support in the Port Moody, Vancouver, and Tri-Cities regions.
